Return Policy

At Blume Co Creations, each item is handcrafted with care and often personalized just for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not offer general returns or exchanges.

However, we understand that things happen. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We review return and replacement requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction.

To start a return inquiry, email us at blumecocreations@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

Please note:

• We do not accept returns for custom orders due to buyer error (e.g. incorrect spellings or design approvals)

• Items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for replacement or refund if approved

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our end
