Hey there, and welcome to the very first blog post from Blume Co Creations!

We're Todd and Beth Blume — the husband-and-wife team behind the sawdust, creativity, and coffee-fueled late nights that make this shop what it is. We're a veteran-owned small business based right here in Kansas, creating handcrafted wooden signs and personalized gifts for all of life’s special moments.

How It All Started

Like many creative businesses, ours started as a hobby. A few pieces made for friends turned into custom orders, and before we knew it, we were running a full-time shop, designing signs for weddings, nurseries, businesses, and everything in between.

Our passion? Turning wood into stories. Whether it’s a last name sign for a newlywed couple or a glow-in-the-dark firefly sign for a child’s bedroom, every piece we make is created with intention, heart, and a whole lot of love (and maybe a few paint splatters).
